Can we adjust the cadence mid-contract?
Yes. We’ll do quarterly scope reviews, and you can flex the cadence (weekly ↔ bi-weekly ↔ monthly) with 30 days notice. Pricing adjusts proportionally.
Is this cheaper than per-visit pricing?
Yes. Recurring monthly contracts get 10-15% off our per-visit rates. The trade-off is a 6-month minimum commitment.
What if our team grows / shrinks?
We adjust scope at any quarterly review. For major changes (move, expansion), we’ll re-walk the space and quote the delta upfront.
Can we add a one-off deep clean?
Yes. Quarterly deep cleans are popular add-ons. We’ll quote per-event or include them in the recurring fee.
